Thomas Tang from Apantac speaks with Simon Tillyer from KITPLUS at IBC2024 about Apantac’s refreshed openGear cards, sync generator, and new KVM over IP.

“We’re using 21st century technology to solve 20th century problems,” says Thomas Tang. “For example, analog audio, analog video… we still use that for passing sync, time code, right?”

Apantac’s refreshed lineup includes analog video and audio DAs, AES DAs, and word clock DAs.

According to Thomas, their latest and greatest technology here at the show is the OG KVM over IP, KVM Extenders with either copper or fiber output based on 1 Gig Ethernet.

Another focus at IBC is Apantac’s OG-SYNC. As you know, sync generators can be overly complex for everyday use, so Apantac developed a simpler solution. OG-SYNC has four independent outputs, is part of the openGear system, is affordable, and is easy to use.

Discover Apantac’s refreshed lineup, including analog video and audio DAs, AES DAs, word clock DAs, and a user-friendly sync generator with 4 independent outputs. Plus, hear about the latest technology – KVM over IP.
